La TCRM provides general guidelines concerning the completion of Uniform Motor Vehicle Traffic Crash reports for the State of Louisiana. The guidelines cover procedures and recommendations that should be used when completing all forms and parts of the crash report.
La TCRM is based on the Interactive Distributed Learning System (iDLS).
